There are 4 types of VPN protocols available.OpenVPN,PPTP,SSTP,and L2TP/IPsec. 

Different types of VPN protocols have different features.For example,

    It would be good to see something on Soft Ether. Especially as one of the sites you advertise, offers this protocol. (CactusVPN).

    I appreciate it is a, relatively, new technology, but it is claimed to be better, stronger and faster than any other protocol. It would be interesting to get an expert opinion.
